How long will I have to wait for my order?
Orders are processed within 24 hours and will be sent out for delivery within 2 working days.
How much does postage cost?
Standard UK mainland delivery is charged at £4.99. Please note delivery to Scottish Highlands/Islands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands may be subjected to higher delivery charges.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Good news, we offer worldwide shipping. Please use the “contact us” page or email us at Info@yerbawater.com with your postal code.
Once I have placed my order can I amend it?
Customer service is at the forefront of our business and in some occasions it is possible to amend your order. If for any reason you would like to change your order please email us at email@example.com within 24hrs of order placement.
Is the Bottle BPA Free?
Yes, our infuser bottles are 100% BPA free.
Can I use a dishwasher to clean my bottle?
We do not recommend using a dishwasher to clean your bottle.
How big is the infuser bottle?
Our infuser bottles hold 650ml of hot or cold water at a time.
Can I record how much water I consume?
Yes, our specially designed infuser bottles come complete with a measuring scale, which also changes colour depending on the water temperature.
Does Yerba Water contain caffeine?
Yes, Yerba Water contains natural Caffeine, which is slowly released throughout the day. Yerba Mate contains around 50% less caffeine than coffee.
Refunds & Returns
How do I return an order?
At Yerba Water we want you to be happy with all the items you ordered, and will gladly accept back any item that was purchased within 28 days of receipt that you do not wish to keep. Non-faulty items must be returned in their original packaging and in an undamaged condition. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to return or exchange an item.
Please be aware that post and packaging is not refundable.
PLEASE NOTE: If you return your product for any other reason other than damage or company error, we will gladly assist you with refund or exchange for these items less a 25% disposal fee. No refund will be made for shipping charges.
We cannot be held responsible for goods that are returned to us that are lost in transit. If you are concerned, then we recommend that you send the goods by registered post and retain proof of posting.
When do disposal fees apply?
A disposal fee of 25% applies to shipments that have been opened, tried, and returned due to customer’s dislike of the product. Since the product is no longer usable for resale, the fee covers some of the company’s loss.
